I started with this gym just over a month ago, and it is one of the best things I’ve ever done. It is incredible to be able to do something with my 12 year old son who does the Fighters classes, while I focus on fitness. Sonnu and Mich are fantastic trainers – the classes have lots of variety and cater for all levels. There is so much encouragement from everyone participating – we just want to see everyone push themselves and smash their own goals!
And it’s so nice not to be in a traditional “gym” setting!

I been training all my life and the atmosphere here is absolutely amazing. Early morning classes with the nature is so calming. Gives you more power and energy to work hard. Love it here. Best local gym so far. Sonu is amazing too with a lot of knowledge

Fat2Fit Boxing is an amazing place to work on your fitness. The outdoor setting is great. The team are super supportive and encouraging. The variety of workouts keep it interesting. One session could be tabata, the next could be boxfit and the next could involve primal movements from the zuu classes. This is by far the best fitness venue i’ve been a member of.

I highly recommend going here, I was a little nervous after sometime away from the gym, Sonnu the trainer is great.
You train outdoors surrounded by nature and its the best group of friendly people who all just want the best for each other aswell as great encouragement to push yourself.
The sessions are varied but all are great workouts. I’m so glad I went as I enjoying going – Thankyou
